As licensed Professional Engineer company, we provide plans, calculations and engineering for residential and commercial projects.

Project Support and Project Viability
We offer support for project viability, project management and permit guidance.
What is project viability?
- A project is viable when interests of third parties such as banks/investors, a city historical board, city planners, investors, resources, the existing site, contractors, and construction resources can with reasonable economy execute on your vision. We can list concerns specific to your vision that may be significant factors. Get advice before attempting construction changes - avoid disaster.
What is project support?
- Working with an engineer for project management support, and guidance beyond simple engineering, or viability to vet contractors, to process permits and to smooth the project management processes.
- These are separable services from civil engineering.

- Source Nouveau does the engineering. We do not rubber stamp anything. We verify thoroughly.
- Source Nouveau will not attempt to impossible engineering. If it doesn't work, it doesn't work.
- Source Nouveau is not your general contractor. We do not attempt to negotiate prices and costs.
- Source Nouveau should be your voice to building departments and external organizations. Clients can add complexity and cost to their project by not working through the PE.

- A good civil engineer does the work, and bills for it.
- Ethics and safety are a good engineers primary concern, A good civil engineer may tell you things than you don't want to hear.
- Don't violate laws ... modifications and changes to plans are stamped by me. I am responsible for my work.
